Knowledge management

Information overload has been a huge problem for me these days, so I am exploring various ways to tackle it by efficient knowledge management like source control (on google code) etc. Earlier I used to rely on handwritten notebooks, but as I traveled to US, I have lost access to my precious collection of notes. Thus, I have realized the importance of digitalizing the data. Moreover, just keeping these notes to myself isn't gonna help me get new ideas about those. So just making it public on this blog so that all you guys can take advantage of it, if needed and also try to contribute to it if required.
